Terms and conditions


The following General Conditions regulate all purchases made through (hereinafter, ‘the website’), and will be fully accepted by all parties. Due to its possible modifications, it is the user’s full responsibility to read the General Conditions for they will be considered applicable at the time of the purchase. If you do not agree with the General Conditions or Privacy Policy, you should not use the website. The contract procedure is only available in Spanish.

2. DATA:

The selling of products on the website is made by TRIAL BLUE S.L., under the trade name “SUNVITlife”, headquartered at General Oráa 3, 3rd floor, 28006 Madrid (Spain) with CIF B88142229. Any communication with us can be directed through any of the means established in the Costumer Service section (section 14).


The purchase of products requires the creation of a user account on the website. You can register at any moment through the “LOGIN” section, or during the purchase process. Once registered, you will be sent a registration confirmation and an access data reminder via email. From your account you will be able to place orders, check your order history, change your password, modify personal information as well as your shipping and billing address, fix any mistake made in the data entry, subscribe to our newsletter, write comments, and any other procedure related to your purchases. You can unsubscribe anytime by sending an email to from the email linked to your account, which will imply the cancelation of your personal data. The registration and cancelation of a user account will be regulated by the provisions ratified in the Privacy Policy.


At any given moment you will be able to access your account to review the personal data or address introduced and correct any possible error occurred in the process of registration or update thereof. The shipping and billing address can be corrected and updated as well during the purchase procedure, as stated in section 8 “Purchase Process.”


The online shop offers a wide variety of products. Pictures and detailed description of information and main characteristics as well as price of each product will be displayed by clicking on them.


If there is no product stock at the moment of the purchase, you will be immediately contacted and informed of the provisional restock of said product. If the restock is not available, we will proceed to refund the amount paid. SUNVITlife reserves the right to cancel any order and make a refund due to lack of stock.


The products offered in the website are only available for shipment in peninsular Spain, which excludes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.).


The purchase process will be as follows:

  • Browse the web, adding any product to the shopping cart.
  • Once all products have been added, click on the shopping cart (on the right corner or on the menu at the right of the screen) to access to a list of the chosen products from where you will be able to delete or modify the quantity of any product, and introduce “discount codes” as well. Once you have checked the products and its quantity, click on “PROCESS PURCHASE”
  • In order to continue with the purchase, you will be required to register in “CREATE AN ACCOUNT.” If you have already registered, introduce your email and password in “I0M ALREADY REGISTERED.”
  • Verify the shipping and billing data. In this section you will be able to modify any mistake in your data by clicking on “UPDATE.” You will be also able to add any comment or clarification regarding your order in the text box provided.
  • Choose between have your package delivered at home or pick it up at our store. Then, if you agree, accept our Terms and Conditions.
  • Choose a payment method. In this section, the system will redirect you automatically to the selected payment system, where you can provide the information required for the payment. You only need to provide this information in this step.


In case you choose a back transfer, your payment; and hence, your purchase, will not be placed until the transfer is successfully completed.

  • Lastly, you will be sent a purchase confirmation email with all details about your order.


All prices shown in the website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. If special offers and discounts can be applied, the original price will be crossed out and the discounted price will be clearly showed. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated according with the provisions stated in the following section and will be thoroughly broken down before finishing the purchase process.


For Peninsula and Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be 3€ for orders under 20€. Orders over 20€ will not have any shipping costs. Deliveries require 2 to 3 days. In Balearic Islands, deliveries require 3 to 4 days.

For delivery in Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping costs will be 15€ for orders under 50€. Orders over 50€ will not have any shipping costs. Deliveries require 2 to 4 days.


The accepted payment methods are the following: Credit or debit card. You will pay through a payment gateway to ensure your account privacy and safety. Visa and MasterCard, both credit and debit cards. Once the purchase process is complete, the system will automatically redirect you to the payment gateway where you will be asked for the necessary data to make the purchase. Bank transference: you must transfer the money after finishing the purchase process. The transference data will be shown after selecting this payment method. Your order number must be included as the concept of the transaction (which you will receive via email after completing the purchase process). The shipment of the products will be made once the payment is received in our bank. If we do not receive the transference in 5 days, your order will be cancelled.


While placing your order, you can choose whether you prefer to have your package delivered at home or pick it up at our store:

i. Home delivery:

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling costs have a fixed rate, but the transport cost may vary depending on the package weight. We recommend you to group all your products together. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied to both of them. We do not assume any responsibility for any damage of the product after sending the package.


Products that have been already opened, used or whose security seal has been compromised will not be returned. Only damaged packages will be returned, in which case SUNVITlife will return 100% of the payment along with the return costs. You can use postal service or visit our store for returning damaged packages. Postal service return. SUNVITlife will pay for the return costs. The procedure is as follows: Send an email to stating “Return” on the subject line of the email. The order number, billing data and the product/s you wish to return must be included in the mail. Once your return petition has been confirmed through email, send the product/s to: General Oráa 3, 3rd floor, 28006 Madrid (Spain) along with its order bill or ticket. Once we check the package, the payment will be refund. Any damage or error shipping must be notified within 7 working days of receipt. Once the incidence has been confirmed, you will be sent an email as soon as possible with the instructions to follow in order to return the package, indicating the pickup method with our shipping agency. Upon receiving and examining the products (in its original packaging if there was a shipping error), the payment will be refund or you will be sent a new product.

15. BILL:

Once the order has been placed, you will be sent an electronic bill order through email.


We are not responsible for any infringement or delay due to causes beyond our control; i.e., force majeure or fortuitous events. Although most deliveries are made within the indicated period, occasionally, delays may occur due to data transcription errors, inclement weather or large order volume, etc. In any of these cases, contact us to resolve the problem as soon as possible. In addition, compliance with deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure that prevent compliance with them.


Any issue not stated in the Terms and Conditions will be governed by the current Spanish regulations.


The Terms and Conditions, and any documents it refers to, constitutes the entire contract and substitutes any agreement that the parties could have reached.
